Do I need an app or an account?
No. You pay by tapping your card or phone on the station, the same as buying a coffee. There's nothing to download.
Will it work with my phone?
Yes. Each power bank has USB‑C, Lightning and Micro USB cables built in, so it covers iPhone, Android and most other devices.
How do I know what it costs?
The price is shown on the station's screen before you tap. You're only charged for the time you have the power bank.
Where do I return it?
Any Ampa station, not just the one you took it from. Slide it into an empty slot and the rental ends automatically.
What does a venue have to do?
All you need to provide is a suitable space and access to a power outlet. Ampa takes care of the rest, including delivery, installation, ongoing maintenance and keeping the power banks charged and ready to use.
What should I do if I experience an issue with my rental?
If you experience any issues with your rental, our support team is here to help. Simply email us with the station location, approximate rental time and a brief description of the issue, and we'll assist you as soon as possible.
